Baby Shower Games
1. Clothes pin "baby" game - As each guest arrives at the baby shower they are given 4 clothes pins which they are to clip onto their shirt. They are warned that each time someone catches them saying "baby", they will have to give up a clothes pin to that person. At the end of the baby shower, the guest with the most clothes pins on their shirt wins.
2. The Q-tip game - A large jar is filled with cotton swabs and is passed around during the baby shower. Each guest will try to guess how many cotton swabs are in the jar. The guest with the closest answer wins.
3. Baby items memory game - A tray of approximately 25 baby items are assembled and presented to the group of baby shower guests to review for 1 minute. The tray is then taken away and each guest must write down as many of the baby items as they can remember. The guest with the most correct answers wins. Common baby items to include in the tray are diapers, diaper rash cream, rattles, pacifiers, nightlights, baby food, small cans of baby formula, baby lotion, baby oil, baby shampoo, baby nail clippers, baby hairbrush/comb, diaper pins, and baby booties. The great thing about this game is the new mom-to-be gets to keep all the items as one of her baby shower gifts.
4. Guess mom's size string game - This is always a fun game to play. Each guest is given either string, ribbon, or toilet paper and must tear the length of the their estimate of the mom-to-be's pregnant waist size. It is always fun to see just how big some guests think the mom is!
5. Baby Gift Bingo - This game gives the guests something to do while the mom-to-be is opening all of her baby shower gifts. Each guest is given "bingo" cards with the names of common baby gifts in the place of the bingo numbers. The guest marks off their card as baby gifts are opened and they spot the baby gifts on their card.
